  3. To do this: pop out the S-Pen, hover it over the display, then click the button and select Action memo. After adding it, tap it to configure its settings. The software included is on par or better than Torque.
  4. So far, I'm pretty pleased with this phone. Also, do you disconnect your OBD2 bluetooth adaptor when you leave the car?
  5. An accompanying temperature sensor like ; or in the sin is used to determine the temperature profile inside the dome, hence, letting us know the location of the heated bubble within the dome. On Android, the dashboard had to be built from scratch while the Apple App uses the same code from CoPiTrail which simply had to be sincere. This was the first time error code P0236 was flagged. For use with PLX Gen4 or later Widebands ONLY. I assumed it was the bottle cap since I didn't lose any on the way back after I cleaned it and reinstalled. I apologize to those that the app isn't con for yet, but we're committed to get this working for everyone. It incorporated many gesture-based interactions using this accelerometer, including page-turning, zoom-in and zoom-out of images, change of portrait to landscape mode, and many simple gesture-based games. With the ability to read trouble codes, there's no print to take your car to the auto store or mechanic shop to read your check engine light. Accelerometers are used alongside in inertial navigation systems. The VGT gauge is a little questionable.
  6. Torque Pro Android App - Replace Gauges? - The size and portability of the iPad make it great for any room in the house, including as a.
  7. Anyone on here use these things to read OBD etc? Thought it may be quite handy to read the faults and see different background data. Pretty neat looking with all the gauges bouncing around. Gives me something to do when the Mrs is driving rather than sit there with pure terror across my face. Anyway my main question is what would be a realistic weight for a 130i E87 say with half tank of fuel and fluids etc? I bought this app and cheap Bluetooth obd reader and seems to work quite well, gives various readings and graphs, etc and has regular updates. Old fault codes as well as any new ones come up and you can clear them or search the web etc for more detailed information. You can also clear them. I would say its a bargain although I dont know how accuract the information is, and the Bluetooth reader can be a pain to get out sometimes due to the size of it and location of the obd socket in the 1 series. I have only used it in my 1 Series so dont know how good it is with other vehicles. DFKMT wrote:Like the look of that what obd reader did you get? I went for this one. I believe they all use the same ELM327 chip. If you pay for the full version you can have a boost gauge, amongst other things. That red is a theme from the app. DFKMT wrote:Like the look of that what obd reader did you get? I went for this one. I believe they all use the same ELM327 chip. For the iPhone, I think the OBD2 device needs wifi. This is a cheap one on amazon, would it work? Keep us posted on what it's like when you get it sorted. Seems to work quite well, only gutting thing is that there is no oil temp sent back to the reader! That's what I really wanted to know Coolant temp is there though so not all bad. I guess they won't be very accurate anyway as they are just calculations on the weight and fuel level settings you input against the phone gyro sensor. Anyway, i'm on a long drive to Great Yarmouth for a week soon so will better a better idea, nice to have some extra dials moving around lol DFKMT wrote:I will take a look at that. I will wait on you completing your long drive im sure that will give you a better output on the app and reader. If you want the oil temp you might need to swap clocks with a facelift version and then code it in.
