2) Talk with a Agent (Technical Support)
3) Say you Had a Microsoft Product that got damaged
4) Give them the PID of the product
5) Try to make it as believing as possible
6) give them you’r address and contact so they can send you one.
7) Wait 7-10 days and your free item will be here

There exists a support ticket method, it does take a little longer but it still works.
It’s simple, just go http://support.microsoft.com/select/...get=assistance , find the
product you want, enter the PID and write your support ticket. It has to be something
convincing though.
They usually email me 1-2 days later and make me do a quick trouble shooting survey,
just blag your way through it and email them with the results.
1-2 days later you should get an email asking for your address!
It’s that simple.
One thing, only use one email per support ticket. You should use a separate email for
each ticket as this is how they pull up any info on you.
At times they may ask you for a receipt .. you can google for one or photoshop it
