  2. Location: Field based covering Northamptonshire
  3. Salary: £4,800 base. Remuneration is based on commission from the sale of photographs. A monthly salary is paid throughout the year and if the overall commission generated is greater than this salary the balance is paid to you.
  4. Contract: Term Time, Permanent
  5. Our client is the nation’s largest photography Company with staff numbering over 800. We specialise in academic photography ranging from toddlers in nursery groups to university graduation ceremonies. We are now seeking a confident, self-starter with a keen interest in photography, the ability to work with children and the capability to effectively sell in a business-to-business capacity.

  18. The role:
  19. Maintaining current client base
  20. - Providing photographic services to existing client base
  21. - Maintaining positive relationship with key contacts
  22. - Ensuring customers are kept up to date with new products and services
  23. - Providing customer service support to existing clients
  24. - Rebooking existing customers for future jobs
  25. New business development (business-to-business sales):
  26. - Working as part of the company’s large Photographer/Representative team to carry out Head Office initiated strategies
  27. - Plan localised sales strategy for your area using data provided by Head Office
  28. - Implement sales strategy in your area
  29. - Actively report results to Head Office
  30. The person:
  31. The successful candidate will be the ambassador of the company Photography brand in both our customers and non-customers.
  32. In addition to being fit and active (as there is physical work involved when carrying photographic equipment from shoot to shoot), all applicants should:
  33. - Have an innate ability to work with children of all ages
  34. - Be pleasant mannered and personable with a professional demeanor
  35. - Enjoy meeting new people
  36. - Be flexible in working times as early starts/late finishes may be necessary during term-time
  37. And finally…all applicants must have a full UK driving license and immediately prior to commencing employment must be willing to undergo a DBS check (or provide details of any previous DBS checks) and provide two referees.
