  1. 500 g fresh spaghetti
  2. Dash olive oil
  3. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  4. 300 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
  5. 1 TBSP lemon juice
  6. Salt, pepper
  7. Parsley
  8. Heat oil in a pan then add garlic. Now add mushrooms and seasoning. Cover pan and cook for 5 minutes over a low heat, then remove and keep warm. The mushrooms should give out enough moisture to cook themselves gently.
  9. Cook the pasta. When this is ready, add the lemon juice and parsley to the mushrooms, and stir everything into the drained pasta.
  10. Add more olive oil if desired, and serve immediately.
