DO THIS BEFORE YOU USE CREDIT CARD -- OTHERWISE YOU MAY BE REDIRECTED TO THE FRAUD DEPARTEMENT, IF IT SAYS THAT IT, WILL DO THAT, HANG UP (if you got the balls or the skills, impersonate the card holder).

Step 1. Use your favorite BIN lookup to look up the first 6 digits of your credit card. I'll be using:
http://binchecker.com/ [Clearnet]
Step 2. Call the credit card company (use google to search for the bank).
Step 3. Enter the digits for your credit card after following the proper instructions, if there is no credit option, select debit. If you input the digits on a debit option, it'll ask you if you want to be redirected to the credit line, in which you call.
Step 4. Enter the billing zip code.
Step 5. It should give you the balance right over the phone.
Might not work for all BINS, but it worked for several I tried. You might need a fullz for this to work. No more using all of those shitty methods to check if a card is live and has balance. If it doesn't have a phone number you're probably shit outta luck.
Pro tip. FIND THE RIGHT BINS
