 To create this multitable form, you need to close the navigational scrollbar in the subform displays Record: 1 of 2.

 Microsoft Access makes it easy to see related records on forms. A simple Access form has a record source displaying data from a table or query. This is accomplished by setting the Link Master Fields and Link Child Fields properties of a subform.
 I suppose the subform2 has [per_id] too: Edit the default value property of per_id field in subform2, and put this expression: =Forms!
 When you click Finish, Microsoft Access creates a main form with two subform controls. It also creates two other forms, one for each subform. --
