1 in 5 Boko Haram suicide bombers were kids: UN

Between January 2014 and February 2016, nearly one out of every five Boko Haram suicide bombers in Cameroon, Nigeria and Chad were children, according to the UNICEF. Of the total number of suicide bombers, 45% were men, 19% children, and 18% women. Notably, the number of child suicide bombers increased from four in 2014 to 44 in 2015.
