How To Hide Virus Behind an Image??

There are ways.....

1)steganography
2)using 'cat' command in linux terminal(cat data.exe atad.jpg > dddd.jpg)where data.exe is virus file
3)changing there hex values(For eg replacing 'exe' with 'png' or 'jpg')
4)mFILE binder***** which is available on sourceforge.net
5)adding virus file and image file to a archive (when extracted it executes)
