Zest Girl Mel B tossed a glass of water at Simon Cowell and raged off the arrangement of America's Got Talent the previous evening (August 22) – watch the occurrence beneath. 

It came after Cowell made a joke about her wedding night as performer Demian Aditya endeavored an escape trap including a wooden box, fire and steel stakes. 

The trap didn't fall off, leaving host Tyra Banks to clarify that there had been a specialized issue that was not Aditya's blame. 

It provoked Cowell to joke: "I sort of envisioned this would resemble Mel B's wedding night. A great deal of foresight, very little guarantee or conveyance."
