Over 100,000 transactions are unconfirmed, and many people are once again experiencing significant delays. Currently, the only option for bitcoin users to send a transaction without much delay is to send a transaction with the appropriate fee, which for a median transaction size of 226 bytes is 0.0004068 BTC or 0.49 USD.
