Chelsea are set to make a double swoop on Everton for Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku, according to the Telegraph.

Reports claim that Lukaku is keen to return to his former club, while Barkley is a long-term target at Stamford Bridge. 

Together, the pair could set the Blues back as much as £100 million if they convince Everton to sell their two stars.
