How Google and Other Search Engines Counting Traffics Coming to Websites?
I want to clear this point that how Google and other Search Engines counts number of visitors and traffics to any website.
If we are using any tracker then i can understand but if we are creating any new sites and did not add any trackers there then how search engines know that today 100 people visited.

For example Alexa .... how they count number of visitors and give rank according to traffics?

There are so many other ways people get to a site page, there's no way a SE like Google can validate that traffic and translate it into ranking juice.

Mueller has stated (and you can believe him or not) that Google doesn't use Google analytics as a ranking factor.

You can use your own statistics app, determine where people are coming from. You can also use Analytics to see how people are traversing your site pages - how long, from here to where, and when they exit etc.

So no, the SE's are not counting traffic for ranking data.

On another note, it appears you have "seo" in your alias, as well in your BIO, so you really should know something about this sort of thing.

Not so astonishingly though many people throw Google into one bucket and judge from there. What is most astonishing is that the very same people don't give much about those negative Google news.

I believe that he spoke well there.
I don't believe everything they say at G. And, that said, I think what they are best at, is not giving anything away. It's always, maybe this, could be that, and about 6 other variations on those phrases. Sure, the secret sauce has to stay internal to G, but darn it, give more than just clues and the standard junk.

(Sorry, mini rant over)

Albeit, sometimes they say "no" and "Yes" when it comes to somethings like urban legend type questions, but generally, you have to take just about everything they say with a grain of salt - IMO.
