Cahora Bassa Dam
Cahora Bassa Dam is a dam in Tete Region of Mozambique which was created back in 1969 and construction took 5 years to complete. This man-made dam is the biggest hydroelectric system in Southern Africa. Aside from the dam’s hydroelectric purpose, the place is also a beautiful tourist attraction.
