on all these sites you have to make signup 
choose your user name or id
then choose a name 
then select a gender
then add your optional email id
then choose your country 
then click on I understand the terms and conditions 
then click on signup 
then it will ask for your personal mobile number
then give your cell number
they will send you a verification code on your provided personal number
put the code  and select signup
that's it 
now you have your own email id
