after switching theme (and changing urls) urls show very ugly
1. I changed wp theme and modified it.
2. i changed urls too but IMO they are short enough to not be cut

now i have

https://domain.com/cars-category/best-engines-for-cars

showing as

https://domain.com > Cars Category


theres nothing after category ! it still takes to proper url... but its very ugly and confusing, wtf google !
I have one more site with this theme (unmodified) and urls show correctly (domain.com > category > post)

i dont know is this because i modified this theme or because too long urls?

Try to focus on the copy of your title and your meta which are the real deal. Don't put too much attention on this little things that nobody reads except you.

yes, they removed the hyphen and added space and capitalized words, i know what u mean
BUT my page url was cut ! thats entirelly different thing unrelated to update
i already modified my theme to what it was before, lets hope it will come back
Have you checked the structured data result to see how the breadcrumbs look? (BreadcrumbList property). You may only have 2 items instead of 3
