What you first need to do is to buy a gift card you want and pay with PayPal.

 

After you buy it, you can add it up to your account or resell it for money.

Once you do it, the Gift Card Code won't be valid anymore (obviously).

 

You now need to contact PayPal (with phone or chat) and tell them you bought a Gift Card but it is not valid and the seller is not answering anymore.

 

They'll immediately open a dispute and they'll ask you some proofs. Just go to the site, add a fake code and when you see the message "Code not valid" just use "Right click --> Inspect Element" and replace the code with the correct one you bought on G2A.com

 

Then make a Screenshot and send it to PayPal.
