It's like you have all the time in the world to be sifting through cvs?
Why not be more precise in your requirements, state location etc. That way you cut down on the number of people sending in cvs.
Imagine someone in Igando sending in a cv, only to find out the job is in Lekki Phase 1.
And you having to sift through so many documents.
Just some advise though.
