[Re: AIRDOG] #17623312 - 01/28/13 02:19 PM (17 days, 18 hours ago) looks like a fungal disease. look at the undersides of the leaves. aphid will suck all the juice of the leaves. maybe that. i'm sure the more intellectual crowd will show up shortly. -------------------- Post Extras: Print Post Remind Me! [Re: ferrel_human] #17623666 - 01/28/13 03:23 PM (17 days, 17 hours ago) looks like leaf spot or similar water plant from base of plant don't let it get on leaves. your gonna need some sort of chemical to help that... even so i would not plant vegies in that area again! -------------------- Someone said: im actually not using ms, im using prints. [Re: Juke Adro] #17624506 - 01/28/13 06:17 PM (17 days, 14 hours ago) It could be fungal, my best guess is that it came from the soil. I learned the hard way last season because I never mulched my beds. My tomatoes caught early blight. You don't want to water the plant and have any soil splash up on the leaves. Next time use mulch after you plant and water directly at the base to avoid getting the leaves wet. Just to be safe. :P best you can do at this point is keep those leaves dry! If it's blight it will eventually spread to all of the leaves. You don't have to discard the plant though, it may produce, but whatever it does will be very slow.
