T&Cs – Member App

Members will be entitled to collect points for the purchase of selected NESTLÉ products, (to e referred as Qualifying Products) listed as below, at the listed Outlets only.
To join, please follow these steps.
- Download the App from either Google Play or the Apple Store by searching for “Great Start, Happy Rewards” Program on your mobile device.
- Create an account by submitting email address and password.
- Select to add in Great Start, Happy Rewards Card
- Key in Card No & Pin Number received from SMS or SCAN QR Code from Merchant
- Fill in the member form by submitting NRIC, Address, Email and Child details.

- To collect the points, Members must present their Great Start, Happy Rewards Programme membership identification, purchase a Qualifying Product (maximum of 10 units per products) and accompany it by the receipt as proof of purchase. Key in the TAX Invoice number and submit. Merchants will then receive a Reward Receipt Summary.
- Points collected will be credited into the Member’s Great Start, Happy Rewards Programme account within five (5) business days after purchasing. A notification will be sent to the Members account.
Redemption
- Each point collected is equivalent to RM1 in value.
- Members must have a minimum of 10 points in their account at all times to make a redemption. The maximum of Rewards Points that can be redeemed at one point of time is 50 Points.

- Members may redeem the points for the next purchase of participating Products.
- The collection of the points is subject to a maximum purchase of 10 units of the Products in a single transaction.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Points are valid for 1 year from the date of collection.
- Points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or voucher(s).
- If a Member terminates the Great Start, Happy Rewards Programme Club membership, any Points collected up to the date of termination shall be forfeited.
- In the event a Member chooses to return/exchange the Product purchased, Roots reserves the right to make the necessary adjustments if required.
- Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss of the receipt transaction.

- CERELAC not to be given to infants below six (6) months of age unless advised by Health Professional. For optimal infant health, breastfeeding should continue up to two (2) years of age along with the complementary food.
