Breaking into Banking/ Finance is very challenging and extremely competitive. What is very unfortunate though, is how challenging it is for Women to do so.
Working closely with my first year mentee ,at QM university, we have built an Excel spreadsheet with plenty of opportunities provited by Investment Banks ,Advisories and Financial Institutions with plenty of Women in business events and spring weeks.
I was a fresher a few years back and I really understand the difficulty of juggling ,for the first time, between a vast array of applications, Cover letters and plenty of deadlines.
Thus, I believe, this excel spreadsheet will be highly beneficial for all the First/Second years trying to break into the Financial World to stay organised and on top of all the deadlines.
