It looks like Azul can support Zulu via paid support contracts anyway. Paying Azul is also much more approachable than paying Oracle. If you guys ever bundle it with Zulu, I'd seriously consider using your builds on Windows. Just expand a zip file onto your Zulu installed set and you get them in place.
