Musakhan Chicken!
Sumak, 
Arabian spice mix. 
cumin
chopped onion
chicken pieces. 
olive oil

rub the chicken with salt and spices. 
brown in a pan. 
add onions half way through. 
then remove and add onto bread in an oven dish. 
cover and finish the cooking in the oven. 
best with lemon.
