If you want to save some budget you can try "Shotcut" for video editing otherwise i recommend you "Adobe Premiere Pro CC" or "Final Cut Pro X" for MAC, also get Audacity (free) good for audio editing. If you are a beginner and want to create stunning videos on youtube then the best and simple tool is Filmora. It is easy to learn and it is loaded with all the features that are required to create a professional video on youtube. Honestly I think Adobe Premiere/After Affects and Final Cut Pro (Mac) are your best options.. While these tools aren't necessarily for beginners right out of the box there are so many simple to follow tutorials that will get you started with these tools quickly. Not to mention the plugin support that will help you do complex things easily.. Thanks for the feedback. You're welcome. I hope you found the right editor and you're working on getting your videos up! Kaedenlive open source all platforms & the one im currently using iMovie have been pretty sweet. If I was really going to step up my game I'd probably get an adobe cloud access. Youtube, like Google seems to be slow but reward relentless consitency. Although he is like an annoying version of tosh.0, Alex Becker said one thing that has stuck with me on day 20 of 50. He said make a new video everyday for 50 days. That's a crapload of work, but if you do it Google will see you mean business and you'll get a crapload more exposure than you have. Plus a lot better at making videos and doing it fast :p When coming up with ideas, don't do that. FInd a video in your niche that ranks and gets views, and make it better DaVinci Resolve is pretty good, and it's free. For video editing, I have always found the microsoft's very own - "movie maker" to be the best! It is free and has all the basic features that you need! Been running it for years and never really felt the need to try out anything else, #11 I personally use Camtasia Studio. It is better than Movie Maker and not too complicated to use.
