500 g Spaghetti 60 ml Olive oil 3 Cloves garlic, chopped 1 small chilli, chopped 8 Courgette flowers, chopped Heat the oil and fry the garlic and chilli. Add the flowers and stir for 5 minutes., then keep warm. Cook the spaghetti. Just before draining, re-heat the sauce so that is very hot. Drain the pasta, pour over the sauce, stir quickly to coat every strand with oil and serve.
