For: 8 Preparation time: 0.10 Cooking: 0.10 Difficulty :Easy Ingredients 400g minced chicken 60g chopped pistachios 2 tbsp olive oil 100g of flour 1/4 teaspoon of powdered turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds 2 tbsp breadcrumbs Lemon Salt & pepper Preparation In one bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, pistachios, egg, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander, salt and pepper. Take the mixture by spoonfuls into balls and roll in flour. Heat oil. Fry over high heat half the meatballs, turning frequently. Repeat with the other half. Drain on paper towels. Serve with lemon.
