UK servers are not cheap at all. Another point - most web hosting providers do not allow VPN to be hosted. So if you even find the one - make sure you contacted the host and specified if that is allowed.

I think he was meaning some hosts will put "No VPN allowed" in their terms because public VPN providers can be a nightmare to deal with, whereas private VPN usage is usually fine.
