Filstop's Erwin Santos turned out to be quite the scumbag after all. 

Filstop Store (formerly known as Philam Food Grocery) is 
the Jersey City company with the historical distinction of 
having been the first publicly known Filipino American retailer 
to have had a Wage Theft lawsuit filed against it in federal court 
by an employee on behalf of a class of employees, 
estimated to number approximately 300 over the years.
