Recognize a leader who is not of God, who has no hope, who has no faith & tell them, they cannot hold you back, they cannot contain you, you're a barrier breaker. Follow a leader of faith, somebody who lives by faith & not by their gift & talents that they have. There are many gifted people around the world, but if they cannot lead by faith they will lead you into an area of insufficiency, even in the church it's sad to say that even Pastors that run churches they do it out of their gifting, not because they're leaders of faith & they'd dry up & shrivel & die, not because they're living in sin, because they are gifted leaders not faith leaders. Follow people who are willing to take on giants & champions even in an area of insufficiency. Out of faith we draw hope...
