What you need:
Amazon Receipt
Product Number
Cash to pay reshipping fees(unless you live in Germany...)
Chrome with translate enabled!

So head over to :

Next you need to find a prodcut, which can be tedious as fuck, so I will update this with what I have over time.

Then find them, and then put in a recent date, and hit next. It will offer you a free replacement!
Hit next, and then when it asks if it can be disposed of correctly, hit yes again!

Next is where you need your Amazon receipt, make one up with the prodcut details, and the recent date again. 
Upload it, and hit next. 

Next you need a serial, use this, and edit like the last 5 digits - 
SM1B1003138969
From experiance, they don't check the serial, infact 1st used the same serial and receipt, for about 50 items. 

For the problem, I would suggest using Google Translate, and translating any problem you can think of relating to the device. 

Ok, so next enter your reship address (mailboxde.com) and then just keep clicking next, and you are done. 
Shipping takes like 2-4 days.
