haven't posted in here many times, and I look forward to browsing here are bit more. I will keep this updated with my progress! Today we did some stretching followed by a quiet period, then laying on our back for a while. I felt very calm after a while. It was very grounding, and I enjoyed it. We used a silent mantra, I forget what it was, but it meant "I (something), I honor". I'm not sure if it was helpful or not.
