Bell & Ross launches futuristic BR 03 CYBER ceramic watch Bell & Ross, a French watch company based in Paris and manufactured in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, has launched a new matte black ceramic BR 03 CYBER watch. This watch embodies the Maison’s commitment to pushing the limits, exploring new territories and redefining the nature of timekeeping.

Bell & Ross was faced with the challenge of revamping the iconic BR 03 range without losing the strength and character that defines one of its cornerstone ranges. To achieve this, the Maison has combined the BR 03 design with the graphic and futuristic style of the Cyber collection.

Bell & Ross co-founder and creative director Bruno Belamich has played a key role in redefining reality through multi-faceted 3D design. He emphasized the transformative power of the design, saying: "The way they operate questions our relationship to speed, sound and light." The result is a watch that pays homage to stealth aircraft, with facets that recall the sharp fuselage .

The unique quality of BR 03 CYBER ceramic lies in its facets, inspired by stealth aircraft, which reflect waves and cannot be detected by radar. The bold choice of matte black ceramic adds a contradictory feeling, an understated yet spectacular elegance, unlike the traditional precious materials used in watchmaking.

Bell & Ross chose technical and modern components when crafting the BR 03 CYBER. The 42 x 43.7 mm case is made of high-tech ceramic that undergoes complex production methods at high temperatures to enhance durability. The absence of lugs and the integration of the rubber strap casing into the case demonstrate the Maison’s commitment to pure design.

Continuing with the theme of invisible design, Bell & Ross chose to skeletonize the dial and main components to reveal the intricate details of the BR-CAL.383 mechanical self-winding movement. The 3D cutouts add a spectacular dimension, paying homage to digital art and freezing the moment like pixels in a digital image.
