  like $1 on 2nd-12 and $1 on 3rd-12
if you win (2 to 3 odds you will) you get $1
if you lose, you redo the bet, but you triple the bet amount.
that is so you win back your loss.
 you need at least $4500 to cover the triple times betting,
 at least 8 times. So your betting that the 1st-12
   will not come up 8 times in a row.
