Alibaba is self managed like all of the huge cloud providers. So you need to harden everything yourself and know how to perform system admin tasks and keep your account safe. Either that or use a partner that offers managed services such as Rackspace they offer services on top of all the major cloud providers. Alibaba have some huge Australian and US companies as customers they deal mainly with enterprise clients. BTW, Comodo Dragon browser throws up a big red alert saying alibabacloud contains malware and obtains sensitive information.
