yesterday i was in the High court bench Sukkur due some own work i was in the court room there an trial of one case complainer is an old man He accident with van and his on leg fracture and he want compensation from the van owner on the one stage is situation stayed like un fair from applicant and respondent was caring he says to Hon able judge shaib  this in accident took place 9 ago and that time i offered this man i can afford pay the compassion  but i can help the medical care so i give 30000 and you get better treatment he no i want 300 thousand in compensation that he offered him 19 years ago and  he says every year inflation is 15% so this 19 year if multiply that it will stayed more he demand applicant says  sir do justice i was in pain for 19 years  judges  shaib give order in the trial court retrial the case there is important is that he old run 19 years for the case which lot money and time for that thing which is natural no one can stop the accidents that is surprise able than you.
