We will hold the drawing 1 day before launch and notify the winner by email. 
Current estimated launch date is October 29th, if it stays on schedule and 
launches that day we will have the drawing on October 28th. I will ship the 
console the day of launch to the winner.

If for some reason we don't get enough raffle tickets sold to pay off the 
console we will refund everyone that bought a ticket.
