Basically i'm in the process of experimenting the link bombing method to some money sites as a lot of competitors are doing this in my niche. But somehow they are avoiding the manual review by google. These guys gain anywhere from 1-5k unique domains over a few weeks therefore would usually warrant a manual review.

I'm wanting to ask what are the best BH methods to use on-page for a site? Ive followed the click through on some sites and there is definitely some redirecting going on. Some sites are completely iframe.

What would be the best way of 'fooling' google and avoiding a manual review? 

Any info would be appreciated!
@punjabdentistry I supposed, that OP want's the BH tactics, not standard technical onsite (as suggest title of thread).

@casinoeric - whole time many guys are sucesfully using hidden 301 redirects and cloaking
Making too many BL in a short time might help in the short run but is unnatural and can be cause for a penalty.

Like OP said above, doing a 301 redirect can give you some serious juice that can get your keywords up. 
Otherwise, stick to Outreach and steady link building.
I think that the best techniques are:
- paid links;
- sneaky redirects;
- keyword stuffing;
- cloaking.
