Employment rate has dropped drastically.
Most of my friends who finished NYSC last year, just one has a job in a bank (he's paid #30000).
One went for an interview at Chicken Republic, he applied for the post of Supervisor.
When he got there, he was asked how much should be paid for that post.
He told them they actually have a salary structure for that post and they should know what actually fits him.
The woman said No.
That he should name is price.
OK. My friend said 30k.
The woman jumped and shouted, 'what' in this ondo, who even pays 20k for a graduate. She said 15k..😨😨😨😨

The woman said she will call him.

We are in August, no call yet.
What am I trying to say here;
That woman is just in charge of paying all staff that works there.
All salaries are paid into her account to distribute to various units.
Probably the salary for a supervisor is around 50-60k, but she wants to beat it down to 15k. So that she can deduct her own.
