Tamarind Falls
Apart from the Rochester Falls, Tamarind Falls or Tamarin Falls is also one of the most famous waterfalls in Mauritius. It was nicknamed as 7 Waterfalls or 7 Cascades because it has seven falls that are close to each other. There is a minimum age requirement for those who are visiting and climbing the falls – at least 10 years old. Also, it will take 6 hours to do the whole tour in the area so you have to wear comfortable hiking clothing. There are also special instructions as to what to wear and bring when going for the Tamarind Falls tour. It is one of the places to visit in Mauritius.
