Body Conscious # 1 I was about to give up when my weight reach 210 LBS for guy like me who's height is only 5 ft 6 inches that is already obese in BMI standards. But the right timing was there for me to hit the gym. I was going to the gym 4-5 times a week for 5 months and as a result I drop down to 174 lbs. I'll continue some specifics in the next post
