and set up a "wallet".  Costs you nothing and is totally anonymous.
 
Then go to :
http://bitcoinpyramid.com/r/7617
and register. Costs you nothing and is totally anonymous.
 
When the $$ at bitcoinpyramid get large enough they send it back to the Blockchain
