Government really needs to tackle this kidnappings and ritual killings. It is slowly getting out of hands.
Maybe they need to get info on herbalist perpetuating these evil crime.
Pose undercover as customers that want to pratonise them and start nabbing them one by one. Atleast put fear in them. They need to start attacking the source.
