I've checked to see if the other account is disabled in the Computer Management console and my main account, the other account I'm trying to access, the guest account, and now the Administrator account are all enabled, yet only my current account is accessible. I didn't try logging into the guest account on the new pc, but I can if anyone thinks it will help.
