The Donald Trump-Kim Jong Un war of words (and insults) continues. A day after the North Korean Supreme Commander called Trump, among other things, a 'mentally deranged dotard and gangster,' the US president lashed out, saying that 'madman' Kim should have been dealt with a long time ago.

Speaking at a rally in the US state of Alabama, Trump said, "We can't have madmen out there shooting rockets all over the place."
