To make a strong password
 
1st take a poem short saying or something that you remember easy

next take the first letter of every word put that in your password words like too or for turn into 2 and 4 words like and use the symbol &.

example my saying is
 "Sweet Mother, Sweet Mother, send your child unto me, for the sins of the unworthy must be baptized in blood and fear"

now for a password it'll look like smsmsycu2m4tsotuwmbbib&f

to make it even harder make any word that has been repeated cappitalized
