Thirdly the menu bar is in a mess, should make it a category list and when user click into it they can navigate to the category instead a Dropbox showing all the categories, you can image you have 300 categories. Put into a category page. And work more on getting more videos Everyday, not much videos on the site. Uploading videos only once a week won’t make you big money. 10k here monthly by uploading new videos Everyday and constantly rolling out new things and storm ideas to get traffic. When I was in 7 months of yours, were In rank 10,000 in similarweb and Alexa, now having more than 100k self hosted videos(so you Guess how much work put in). Don’t envy how much visitors other sites have, make out some good ideas to make the site better, in terms of user experience and the quality of the content.
