For instance I create an account with a Canada IP & I use a us IP to operate the account , will it lead to ban?

It is always safer to run with a Canadian ip if the account was created with a Canadian ip.However, you can still run with the ip from a different country, just wait a few days after creating the account before you log in from a different country
