In a nutshell, we strive to help our customers succeed. Well, let's stop right there. Apparently this company believes in two things: one size fits all, and lying to customers. Let me explain: --Unlike any shared hosting company I've ever used, this one REQUIRES you to use their nameservers for your domain. Or ANYTHING that is wrong will be YOUR fault, for not using their nameservers. --WebHostGlobe will suspend your account without ever notifying you, even after a request to do so, for any reason they can dream up. (And we're not talking lack of payment, here...) --WebHostGlobe claims to want to give "high quality service" "24/7/365", but that means that the answer to any problem (answers may take 12+ hours) is that it's not their fault, that it's "not supported on shared plans" or "it's not supported." --WebHostGlobe will move your site or servers, without notice, and lose your data. If nothing else, they'll change IPs without notice, claim nothing was moved, and you'll find configuration changes. I have provided cached copies of my site from Google to them, showing the missing data, and they ignore this, or claim it to be a "caching issue." --WebHostGlobe claims that using CloudFlare, and plugin option installed in their own cPanel is "not supported on shared hosting." When pushed on using CloudFlare's nameservers, they continue to state that CloudFlare isn't supported. They claim that integration with CloudFlare, through cPanel, that worked before a recent move is now "not supported" after a move that changed their shared IP, that they gave no notification about. They claim CloudFlare integration is in cPanel by default, not an installable option (contrary to what the cPanel site says on the matter.) --WebHostGlobe has almost not resolved any question or problem "promptly," and their engineers don't seem to have any "relevant technical expertise." --WebHostGlobe does not "help our customers succeed" but rather, would argue the points when their own configuration is messed up, leaving site offline. In short, DO NOT CHOOSE WebHostGlobe for your hosting needs. They simply don't care, or don't understand what they're doing. Suggesting that features like CloudFlare are not intended for shared hosting is simply bogus.
