Just two days before the opening of its annual meeting and conference,
the Bitcoin Foundation has been thrown through a loop as reports surfaced that one of the 
major Bitcoins exchanges worldwide –Tokyo-based MtGox – saw its primary dollar exchange account
shut down by the US Department of Homeland Security.
