The refund policy is 7 days, but I asked the refund after the 2nd class, as I could not follow the lecture and all the concepts were advanced, when asked for a refund, they stated that the policy only starts when we bought the course, I wanted to buy the course before the start of the class but they told me the policy and offered a discount if I bought it 20 days prior, so, this was the justification given, as the policy is 7 days after the sale, but not after the class start, but! the problem started after the class started as I was not able to follow. I thought this was unfair on their part. I could have paid for the class a day prior to start if this was informed, but none was done, so I guess my money is wasted on the class which I woll not be able to follow. I am not frustrated but sad to hear the excuse for the policy given to me
