This sites offers two ways of earning BTC: Click ads (though there aren't many advertisers yet) or do Crowdflower tasks.
Crowdflower tasks ask you to write questions, write answers to question, lookup info in the internet and stuff like that.
Some tasks pay higher rewards right away. Some tasks, like answering question, payout high rewards based on the quality
of your work. They take some time to do good, but oing them good pays off. I answer questions usually for about 45 to 50
minutes a day, which is enough for completing 3 tasks of 4 to 5 questions each. Then I wait and based on how the quality
was judged get 10 to 20 credits per question.

You can withdraw your earnings in form of Bitcoin, via Paypal, Amazon gift cards or using Liberty Reserve.

you are lucky you get out more than normal faucet rate up to several tenth of a bitcoin. But you allways get seome
